You can request deletion of your website application or support information at any time.

Email the request
Write to privacy@joindibs.ai from the address you used to apply. Use the subject “Delete my Dibs data.”

Verify ownership
We may ask you to confirm control of that email address. We will never ask for your Gmail password.

Receive confirmation
The team handles deletion manually and confirms when completed, including any information that must be retained for security or legal reasons. Service-provider logs and backups may follow separate retention schedules.
Applications are flagged for review after six months. This is not an automatic deletion timer. You do not need to wait for that review to request deletion.
