This notice explains how Dibs handles information on this website, including beta applications, referrals and support requests. Applying does not connect Gmail, a bank or a loyalty account.
We collect the contact details and answers you submit: your name, email address, device, approximate inbox age, rewards habits, interests, optional comments and consent choices. Support forms collect your contact details, category and message. Please do not send passwords, account numbers, email contents or sensitive documents.
The Dibs team reviews applications, plans beta onboarding, responds to support requests and records consent. Answers may help prioritize invitations; applying does not guarantee access. Product-update and research choices are optional and separate from applying.
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting and database infrastructure. Resend delivers form notifications to the Dibs team; these include your contact email, submission type and reference, not your full answers or support message. Our email provider processes correspondence. Service providers may process information outside your country.
Hosting and security services process IP addresses, request details and timestamps to operate and protect the website. Dibs records basic referral and share-page activity to understand visits and applications. Private operator sign-in uses a session cookie. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on this website or sell application information.
A referral may be associated with your application. Referrers see aggregate progress, not your identity, answers or account information. Public result pages require separate permission and use a rounded result. Applying is not permission to publish your story.
Applications are flagged for a retention review after six months. Deletion is currently handled manually, not by an automatic timer. We keep information while needed for application review, support, consent records and legitimate security or legal needs. You can request access, correction or deletion, or stop optional updates, by contacting privacy@joindibs.ai. We may verify control of your email before acting. Service-provider logs and backups follow their own retention schedules.
This website does not scan your inbox or access financial accounts. Before connecting an account in the Dibs app, review its specific permissions and data disclosures. Illustrative examples on this site are not a promise of what a scan will find.
